Come and take back your 10 and 20 cedis, I don’t take that as offerings anymore- Obinim tells church members

Prophet Obinim, the founder and leader of the International Godsway Church, recently made a significant announcement to his congregation regarding their offerings.

In a video that has been circulating on social media, he declared that he will no longer accept 10 cedis, 5 cedis, or 20 cedis as offerings from his church members.

He urged those who had previously given these amounts to come forward and collect their money back.

Prophet Obinim emphasized that going forward, it is unacceptable for anyone to offer such small amounts as it shows disrespect towards God and himself.

He pointed out that the money some members give their own children exceeds these amounts, indicating that they should be willing to give more generously to the church.

The spiritual leader expressed concern that people are facing hardships because they are only giving minimal offerings.

He stated that it would be preferable for his followers to refrain from giving any offering at all rather than offering 10 cedis or 5 cedis.

Prophet Obinim’s message was clear – he expects his congregation to give more generously in order to demonstrate their commitment to God and the church.

Overall, Prophet Obinim’s decision to reject small offerings reflects his belief in the importance of giving generously and wholeheartedly to support the work of the church.
