Diana Asamoah Arrests Her Junior Pastor For Stealing Her GH₵4K MoMo – Video

Diana Asamoah, a gospel singer, recently disclosed that she had discovered GH 4,000 missing from her mobile money wallet, allegedly taken by her assistant pastor.

As a result, she took the pastor to the police station to face the consequences of his actions. Asamoah credited Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia’s digitalization initiatives for enabling her to track the theft and bring the offender to justice.

In a video posted on social media, she expressed her disappointment at the pastor’s repeated betrayals, despite forgiving him in the past.

Asamoah highlighted the role of technology in assisting her in uncovering the theft, stating that “thanks to digitalization and the power of the Holy Spirit and Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, everything is now simple.”

The pastor confessed to taking her secret code during a transaction and using it to transfer GH₵4,000 for his personal use, including spending on women.

In the video, Reverend Kwame Asante, the suspect, was shown handcuffed at the Tesano Police Station, underscoring the seriousness of the situation.

Asamoah expressed concern for her safety, fearing potential retaliation from the pastor if he was not held accountable.

She emphasized the need for action to prevent any harmful consequences, stating, “He may end up calling assassins to assassinate me if I don’t make him jail himself because he is familiar with my home.”

Asamoah concluded the video by labeling the pastor as a “thief.”
