“Ghanaian Cells Smells Too Much” – Funny Face tells Ghana Police

Award-winning actor Funny Face, who has been making headlines for negative reasons recently, has called on the Ghana Police Service to improve the conditions of their cells.

Funny Face, whose real name is Benson Nana Yaw Oduro Boateng, has been in and out of police cells in the past few months due to a mental breakdown.

Taking to social media, he expressed his desire for the police cells to be cleaner and more pleasant as they have a strong odor.

He shared a post stating that he will be turning 43 on the 1st of October and has spent time in various cells including Nima and Kasoa, as well as Kasoa Millennium City.

In his post, he urged the Ghana Prison Service to take action and keep the cells in the country clean and nice.

He emphasized that the smell in the cells was unbearable and issued a warning to improve the conditions.

Funny Face’s plea for better cell conditions comes as a result of his personal experiences and he hopes that his message will prompt positive change within the Ghanaian prison system.
