“I don’t believe in praying in tongues” – Strongman

Ghanaian rapper Strongman has revealed that he does not practice praying in different languages. In an interview on Joy Prime’s Prime Morning show, he expressed that he has a strong connection with his Creator and does pray regularly, but not in tongues.

Strongman mentioned that he engages in prayer while driving, eating, or when preparing to release a new song. For instance, when he released his song ‘Transformer’, he mentioned fasting and praying for three days leading up to the release.

Despite not being a regular church attendee, Strongman emphasized that he prays frequently.

He admitted to never praying in tongues before, stating that he doesn’t believe in it much.

Strongman explained that for him, it would be strange to pray in a language he doesn’t comprehend.

Strongman clarified that he respects others’ beliefs and is only sharing his personal views.

He prefers to communicate with God straightforwardly, expressing his needs and gratitude.

Strongman, also known as Osei Kwaku Vincent, is highly regarded as one of the top rappers in Ghana.
