“I will marry when I’m 65” – Dada KD reveals

Ghanaian Highlife artist Dada Kwaku Duah, also known as Dada KD, has revealed that he plans to get married at the age of 65.

During an interview on the Asaase Breakfast Show on Wednesday, 10 April, 2024, the popular singer expressed his belief that waiting until a later age to marry would prevent him from committing adultery.

Dada KD, known for his hit song “Somu Gye,” has a 27-year-old son and emphasized that he would not encourage young people to rush into marriage due to societal pressure.

Despite rumors circulating in 2022 that he would marry gospel musician Evangelist Diana Asamoah, Dada KD debunked these reports. Despite not being married, the musician has five children.

He is adamant about waiting until he is older before tying the knot to avoid the temptation of infidelity.

Dada KD’s stance on marriage reflects his values and beliefs, and he hopes to set a positive example for the younger generation by prioritizing commitment and faithfulness in relationships.
