“I Will Never Date Jobless Girl” – Ruger Spills

In a recent interview on the Bahd & Boujee podcast with media personalities Moet Abebe and Tolanibaj, famous Nigerian musician Ruger, whose real name is Michael Adebayo Olayinka, made a statement that he cannot be in a romantic relationship with an unemployed girl.

He revealed that he enjoys bringing his partner on tour and had done so once for a month. However, when asked why he didn’t take her for the entire six-month tour, he explained that she has a job and he cannot date someone unemployed.

Ruger also declined to answer questions about his financial status, stating,

“I will take my girl on tour with me though, we went on a one month tour because she has work that she’s doing, I no dey date jobless girl, even though I’m making more money than my girl, I can also date someone that’s making more money than me.”

The comments on his post reflected mixed reactions. Theonlypaulmolly pointed out that nobody wants a jobless girl and urged women to see what men want in a partner.

FortuneVandera suggested that the interviewers were trying to subtly determine Ruger’s net worth. Folayinka observed that they were trying to subtly probe into the musician’s financial situation.

Overall, Ruger’s statement about not dating unemployed girls sparked a conversation about financial independence and expectations in relationships.
