Lilwin spotted receiving treatment in a hospital after the premiere of his movie (watch video)

A popular video circulating on social media features Lilwin in a hospital shortly after the premiere of his movie, “A Country Called Ghana,” at the National Theatre.

The reason for his hospitalization remains unclear. The highly anticipated movie premiered on May 17, 2024, with a star-studded event attended by numerous celebrities and a large audience.

The film is scheduled to premiere at the Eubsett Hotel in Sunyani on May 25 and at the KNUST CCB Auditorium in Kumasi on June 1.

Notable figures present at the premiere included Nigerian and Ghanaian celebrities like Guru, Akrobeto, Kalybos, and Medikal, as well as Awilo Sharp Sharp, Ahuofe Patri, David Osei, D Cryme, and Kofi Akpaloo, the leader of the Liberal Party of Ghana [LPG].

The cast of the movie includes Lilwin, Sweet Mimi, PAA George, Victor Osuagwu (Awilo Sharp Sharp), Charles Awurum, and Ramsey Nouah.

Prior to the release of the film, actor Oboy Siki criticized it without having watched it, citing his disappointment with the trailer and questioning the directorial choices of Fiifi Gharbin.

Siki expressed his belief that the film does not live up to expectations and vowed not to watch the final version.
