“You have lied to Ghanaians for 8 years” – Yvonne Nelson slams Nana Addo again following dumsor at Tema General Hospital

Actress and filmmaker Yvonne Nelson expressed her frustration with the current government after a video went viral from the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) of the Tema General Hospital during a power outage, known as dumsor.

In the video, a nurse discussed the dire situation of babies at risk of losing their lives due to the lack of electricity at the facility. Yvonne Nelson was at a loss for words when she saw the video and described the leaders of the country as wicked.

She took to social media to express her disappointment, specifically calling out President Akufo-Addo and questioning how he could sleep at night knowing the poor state of infrastructure in the country.

In a post on social media, she directly addressed the President, asking him how he could rest peacefully with the ongoing issues. She also criticized the government for what she perceived as eight years of lies and demanded an end to the power outages.

Yvonne Nelson’s response to the situation highlighted her concerns about the well-being of the people in Ghana and called for urgent action to address the power crisis.
